Thanks! Give it a shot… The swimming and biking does take a lot of practice and fine tuning. Especially, in open water conditions and on a difficult terrain for the bike.
Thanks so much! I am glad I enjoyed it enough to smile and take it all in at times during the race… Most of the smiles came after the swim part, because the swim was a beast! After that, my body was able to catch a breather and I could actually see where I was going, which was nice
I placed 147 out of 246, so I guess that means I “passed” 99 other people. Doesn’t matter to me though, I am not fast by any means, just tried to do my best and keep it in the air.
No problem, enjoy the music. 4 miles? That was the running part only… It was tough, only because of the swimming and biking which were demanding. The swim took a lot of energy to do, so it made the biking and running harder though The whole race was just under 21 miles.
Thanks a lot! I like the song a lot, too. My friend who filmed the triathlon picked it out for me. It seemed to fit the mood and style of the world record I did that day. The song is: “I Get Nervous” by Lower Dens. I was in Korea on a tv show and they played this song/video in front of a live audience and it always gives me chill bumps to hear it.
IMPORTANT!
record juggling blindfolded! if there is someone more clever published video response to this video! go look in my video if it is not present in the video response!

Anyway, last month I saw this video on Japanese TV. Sorry, I don’t remember what show. Pretty epic though. Keep doing what you do.
Thanks for your compliment, and I’m glad the triathlon juggling amazed you The white balls in the video are very good to use, visit sportco juggling to purchase them. I also use Gballz which are very popular and great quality. For the swimming, I used tennis balls for their bright color, light weight, flotation, and water repellent quality. I use MMX plus balls from WJF also.
You are my new role model. I’m twelve and do 5ks around town with my best being 20:34 and I also can juggle. I have wanted to do a triathlon since last year and when I seen you I was amazed! I would love to meet you one day and attempt to do the amazing things you do. and one more thing, are those balls specially made for juggling? and if so where can I get some?

No, actually it says “JOGGLING.” Joggling is a word that means “jogging and juggling” at the same time
Haha, no problem, that’s funny.

20 people got passed by him on that triathlon
By max7a24, December 14, 2012 @ 6:13 am
I mean 2:29 *
By max7a24, December 14, 2012 @ 7:02 am
Ohhhh… The reason why I thought you juggled for only 4 miles was because at 2:39 it said “jogging” for 4 miles not “juggling” ROFL.

Well you did a great job, your arms must have been seriously tired after juggling for 4 miles!
Thanks for the reply. And the music.
